Date and time of Rulebreaking: 01/9/17
What did he do? Describe please: He banned me wrongfully because I raped him. He gave me the reason that I was using speed gear,lol. Everyone know that thunder is a pure noob and anyone can rape him easily. I made sprees on him too many times and he was going mad and banned me for speed gear. This immature nerd don't know the difference between speed gear and non-speed gear. We all know thunder recently gave perma ban to bird for hacking and in the video, it is clearly show that bird did death evade, that kid don't know the difference between hacking and death evading.
I don't know, why is he still an admin? My game was crashing again and again because he and other players were throwing grenades and some fps lags were creating and that's why his nerdy brain thought that I am using speed gear.

Players who witnessed the violation (in-game names):Rule, killer frost, thunder bird and Sami who watched everything with his eyes.

Well we have to be fair and give him at least a chance to defend himself Before we doing anything. Rainbow already gave him a deadline for this weekend, if that's not followed. Rainbow will take action on it, maybe it will be more serious if these reports are to be counted as well.

Plus you have my Word of defense that I've had those crash logs myself in property 100. Not sure what causes them, must be something weird with VC-MP.

Thats a prop bug maybe and the crash happenes when explosions like gernade and rockets are used continuosly and many players are using if.

Thats the point I wanna clear to you guys as far as IK when we run speedgear vcmp detects it and do stop working I can send you a copy of the program if you personally wanna test it

Speed gear exists and I have it. It is a program used to increase or even decrease your speed, but also has many other hack options. Also it works in VCMP.

Although, I've played with Devilkiller a lot and never saw him using hacks.

It is noticable, depends on the speed value you set. If you just raise/lower it by 1-2 points then it's not noticable, but anything more than that is obvious.

If I see a video, I can clearly identify if it's lag or speed gear. Lag will show a desyncronised movement with varying speeds while speed gear will be synchronised and the player will be moving at a constant speed high or low depending on what value the user has set. Speed gear is hard to identify if the player is often using slide glitch, but if he's running normally then it's easy to see. I was testing in a custom prop with a new nick and saw your anti hack system detects it if the value is too high from the default value, but doesn't if it's slow speed or high by just 1-2 points.

But what happened yesterday was different, I analysed his speed movements continuously and it was clear that he adjusted his speed since ping and fps were fully normal.

I was there, and others too, Devilkiller wasn't having that slide and i saw it with my own eyes.
