Just to be clear, after death matching with you on several occasions, there is nothing wrong with accusing you of speed gear, considering that you have an average ping and is not using crouch glitch and yet it is impossible to kill you.

@Angel i suggest you to unban him and let him co e to server so that he can show you how is was he moving fast or ask him to come to testing server you(and your staff) cant ban someone just becoz they think the guy is hacking . Give proofs or kindly unban him Thunder accused me of speedgear too once when he failed to make a 3 spree on me and said he will ban me. I asked him to record and ban me and he said i dont need any proofs. Is he a boss or something? Or he thinks no one can ask him for his deeds

Well, in the past Thunder had banned Thunder Bird wrongfully thinking he was hacking so it's also possible in this report. Also I've played with Devikiller a lot and he always played clean, he is a little hard to kill as he has a little packet loss as Flake said. In my opinion it can be another case where Thunder had made a mistake in identifying hack. Yea, man devil never used hacks and I never downloaded speed gear. He is talking about witnesses they all are his clan mates and, you know what? When devil killed his clan mates no one said he was using hacks it was only thunder who said and banned him, now those all guys who were playing with devil saying that he was hacking but why the hell no one of them said in game? This is the point when someone uses hacks everyone says he is hacking bla bla bla, but in this case no one said in game but now they all are saying on forum bcz they are his friends, I proved that it was thunder's fault you guys need to do something about him + there are too many reports againts thunder and rainbow also accepted those reports. well you have to admit that Thunder take action on someone when he have personal matters devilkiller was taking our side and thunder told him twice to change skin but he didnt then thunder started calling him asslicker he didnt even stopped then he accused him of speedgear and banned him

Whatsoever, remember devil is not the only one here who is reporting against him. There are several reports against him and most of them are accepted and it is not his first time breaking the rules, you guys should take serious action against him.

Well, it's not good that you use abusive language, but for Thunder is is very severe as he is an admin and a level 9 admin and such behavior is intolerable from him. For you it's not that severe and not a major rule break unless you start provoking people and insulting/abusing.

Ok I am not an expert in speed gear and it's basically Thunder vs this guy. We have made a decision about Thunder and the reports are about 20 % part of that decision (the other 3). Whether or not he did something wrong here doesn't affect the punishment, because it's more of the same from the other 3 reports. So I am just going to close this report and announce our punishment for Thunder on the staff list.

Also to the guy who reported this. Make an unban appeal if you want to discuss the removing of your ban, since an admin report only involves discussing the admins action.
