What did he do? Describe please: I rekted him, then he start abusing to my mom. I got simply message to him, if this report get denied, I will start abusing to each admin. then you cant stop me. ez

If an admin report provided with clear evidence, can be denied, then why not this ?

You can be easily stopped by a demotion. This is not kindergarden. 2 insults isn't enough to justify even a warn. It needs to happen frequently. Just keep collecting screenshots like this if it goes on devil. I bet you have at least once insulted another person 2 times in a row, does that mean you should get punished for that? The screenshot showed you being killed 2 times before the spawn protection, but if you read the spawn killing rule it says that it is only count if you are at your spawn position. 3-4 seconds after your spawn, you might be already fighting error and therefor the rule doesn't apply.

But It is Not the first Time when he get killed he always abuse. As a admin he should not abuse that much.

Tell that to a judge in court. "He always does this" and yet I see two pictures in this report that is the only proof you provided. Should I just trust your words: "Devil gave me 2 pictures of thunder abusing", hmm should I demote thunder to level 1 because devil says that he always does that, when devil could only give me 2 pictures as a proof? I don't think so devil, use your head.

Can you get this into your head: If you report someone the only thing that I can look at is the things you gave me in your report.

Sorry to post here but most of the admins here (and I am not saying all) don't have a common sense and that's really needed, the admin must be serious and not childish at all. I am just saying the truth and I am not being offensive toward anyone.

Well, I'm sorry if my words hurt Error or Devil, I'm saying sorry because I'm not immature like them who act childish and have never said sorry to anyone. Devil and Error both just killed me once and started yelling, "KF raped" and they were saying other insults towards KF too, at first I tolerated it but it got out of hand so I said things back to them, I understand that I maybe shouldn't have went to their mother, but they are both always insulting me and my clan which I won't keep tolerating.

Also Devil, you seriously need to start respecting your seniors, you always disrespect Ghost now you are doing the same towards Angel by using the f word etc..

I hope I made everything clear.

Also, I find if funny how you say I'm always abusing, if I was, everyone would be reporting me and I wouldn't be in this community, I would obviously be kicked.

I have enough proofs about it, i was about to post them after your reply, why do you guys lock serious topics that quick ? at least give chance to the reporter to make everything clear, you can see each and every report that has been made by me, has never denied, just unlock the topic i'm going to upload the whole video, i don't know why are you trying to defend him, when he, himself doesn't have a single word against my report.

Even if we accept that Thunder was insulting and breaking a rule, your messages to him can be considered as provoking because you provoked him to break a rule (insult you). In my opinion a warning should be given to Devil and Error for provoking and a minor warning to Thunder because he did technically break a rule whether he was provoked or not. Although I appreciate the way Thunder has accepted his mistake and apologized in front of the whole community. Maafi mangne se koi admi chota nhi ho ja ta (Urdu). I won't be taking a decision on this report is on my senior.

Thunder does that for fun, and even debil does. If we were to collect proofs, we would have demoted all the admins lol. We need to have some fun, not always do the duty. Devil, you abused KF first. Thunder, why don't you post that? :p

Stylish read the rules yourself and judge if the proof you uploaded matches the a rule break, if it does quote the rules, say where exactly your proof shows that. It's the only thing that matters.

Also if you don't post all the proof in the original post at the time when you release the topic, you can't expect us to go through the whole topic. Most of the topics is just useless arguing. The proof is all that matters and if the proof isn't there we deny it. When will you realize that? If you got more proof make a report containing all your proof instead of a topic with a 30 second video that shows nothing.

But you have seen it yourself, error is shooting with hunter on the spawnlocation, and when i did spawn i got killed immediately, even with spawn protection, what else you need ? you can try it yourself if you don't believe me, you can kill someone with hunter while being in spawn protection too.

dont force your other family us to take action against something that isnt a rule break. there needs to be a lot more insults for us to take action according to the rules and all of them must be seen by a high level admin or proof must be presented.

not at all your mistake, as soon you get Lvl8+ you get a bit bossy attitude, the way I had, You're facing the same problem/attitude. (Rainbow, MaSoN, SuFy, HarryOConnor) most of them have gone through this problem, no need to worry

you should let your proof speak for you and not your words. your words are not proof, screenshot and videos are the only proof. you can do one thing: if thunder is breaking any rules take as many screenshots and videos as you can and make sure they show a rule break by directly looking at the rules.

i might make a topic about how to properly report someone so they get punished. a lot of reports nowadays show so little proof that no action can be taken.

2 screenshots are enough to punish an abusing/insulting rule breaker, but in the 2 screenshots Devil provided there is no abuser or very minor abuse to be considered abusing according to our server rules.

If the player evades the mute more than 2 times and have received several warnings that he will be banned if he doesn't stop, a tempban is a suitable punishment."

Can two screenshots of normal length show that a player is evading /ignore or insulting a lot of players frequently? No. Can two screenshots show it once? Yes.

The insulting rule has one purpose and one purpose only: To get rid of the worst of the worst. The type of players that is constantly insulting and provoking others, that only spread negativity. When two people fight over something they shouldn't use the insult rule as a defense.

Two screenshots doesn't work to prove this rule break anymore.

you should let your proof speak for you and not your words. your words are not proof, screenshot and videos are the only proof. you can do one thing: if thunder is breaking any rules take as many screenshots and videos as you can and make sure they show a rule break by directly looking at the rules.

i might make a topic about how to properly report someone so they get punished. a lot of reports nowadays show so little proof that no action can be taken.

2 screenshots are enough to punish an abusing/insulting rule breaker, but in the 2 screenshots Devil provided there is no abuser or very minor abuse to be considered abusing according to our server rules.

1 screenshot has 15 lines. I can insult someone with 10 messages (let's say taking up 10 lines) then I get ignored, and reconnect (1-2 lines) then insult with 3-4 messages. This is done in 1 screenshot.

No abuse is present.
