47. denied my suggestion (https://vkserver.forumotion.com/t11373-denied-gambling-system-suggestion#164638) with an obviously improper reason.
He said no one agrees the suggestion but actually, many players love my idea.
I've requested him to re-open the topic via PM, however, he refused.
So I have to make this report.
@LV7+_Admins , deal with the report pls.

The idea itself has many flaws and this suggest fall under the discrimination rule so no point in adding it. Moreover, It will destroy the economy of the server. Requesting an higher admin to deal with this report.
