you are confused about banning, this is not like SAMP where the name you registered and played at time got banned, then you could be able to play with the other name.
VKs server is different, when you have been banned for Hacking ( Hp hack ), we banned your IP, which means all the name registered on your computer will be banned too
In this case you used VPN to change your IP, that why you still be able to play on VKs server as well

lol i am not banned in vks and Fuego is my friend he ask me to write his unban appeal and post on forum.I think Max and Geogeo and some other admins know me.

As the matter is solved, report will be closed. Requesting Alone to report to higher admins next time there is a need for ban because if you don't have access to a command it means you should let others handle it.
