Denied [Denied] No command use on High ping

I Suggest That When Have up to 1000 ping so you Cant use any Command
Why not use any Command up to 1000 ping?
Cuz When Your Ping up to 1000,Then There Showing Your attack mode Disabled
And Then you use /proploc or /exitprop ,Your attack mode Enabled, I Dont Know Why So i Suggest That

You're missing the point. Not only it's about the quality of their internet, it's about their location. I've seen players arguing about high ping players aka laggers and it seems most people don't understand how the internet works. If I lived in South American, regardless of the quality of my internet connection, my ping to Pakistan (for example) will be in the 200s. In conclusion, this isn't a reflection of poor internet quality, poor internet quality generally results in an unstable connection (frequent reconnections, etc.), not high ping.
