After he become an admin, his behavior gone too bad!

What did he do? Describe please: He don't behave well with players neither admins.

Rules which were broken : (Am really sorry for posting here , but just wanted to help , you guys are allowed to warn me or delete this post)

Insulting : Frequently using the same phrase considered as a bit insult , because VK.MaSoN^ didn't said anything bad to him when he killed VK.NeOn^.

Provoking : He kept saying VK.MaSoN^ crying , which can be considered as a provoke , because VK.MaSoN^ could have taken any action like muting him or warning him to not dis-respect seniors , which he didn't , that's good.

Dis-Respecting Seniors / Admins : VK.MaSoN^ is obviously his (VK.NeOn's) senior so he should respect him.

Let VK.Harry.OConnor or Rainbow.Dash handle this.

In my opinion such behavior is not tolerated especially towards your seniors. I hope higher level admins take the right decision.

Even I have noticed Neon's immature behaviour many times, he is always using these words against everyone, he needs to grow up a little and act mature, otherwise we have no place for him in our staff. We only need the best of the best admins, not the ones that are always provoking others and misbehaving.

Yup, neon is im-mature, he was reported previously by his OWN BROTHER and got a severe warning.
Mason, and I, when killed neon many a times, he got angry, and as always, I got an timeout, when I rejoined, neon said to me, "Cry kakan", "kakan rq" etc.

Neon my boy why are you dragging me into this. I didn't want to get involved in this report just so that you don't get hurt but now you took my name. So here is what i want to say about you.

I was kidding with you and you knew that, afterwards i even said sorry to you many times but you didn't responded back so i went back to do some important stuff. Show those logs please.

As far as this report is concerned its true that you are the most immature guy in our community and i regret voting a yes for you since you became an admin. You do not do any admin stuff ever and get reported everytime. I seriously want you to get demoted for your actions you have already been warned many times. I appeal for his demotion as he has been warned before.

He's an admin, he shouldn't spam.

Neon as the others have said it's time for you to grow up. When we accepted you into the staff we took you in because we wanted to give you a chance to grow and a chance to step up your game.

I am going to give you a warning/another chance to improve. That might be a mistake, but to me kicking you from the staff for the things you said here seems a little extreme.

Become a better person, show more leadership and maturity. You must do that or someone else could easily take your place man. You're loyal as shit to this server and you play here a lot. But we want the best of the best and we want the people we already got in the staff to be the best. If I don't see that you have the potential to be that one day you might as well get kicked.

So take this as a lesson and don't screw up this chance.
