Date and time of Rulebreaking: 2 days before
What did he do? Describe please: he ask me first want a level 4 on Office Prop i said yes then he said u have to paid 8lak($800000) i paid it all and now after two days i reconnect to the server so he sell the Office Prop and bought Army Prop so i said him give me level 4 on Army so he said NO and then left the server.

yeah close it now but its a common sense if u selling your prop so first u have to inform all share owners

He is just a kid,my net was lagging so i was not able to give him then when my net fixed i talked to him he said share me Army then i said 8 lacs is not valid for 45m prop.i said him Shall i return you?
He said "Give me".With in a single minute i give back his money.
I am shocked what a boy!

Not worth a report, if we don't have the resources to be a RP cops. If you give someone else some money you do it on your own risk.

Hitman was nice to return you money anyways, so the report is denied.
