Rulebreaker (in-game name): Someone(admin) and Mr.48^(random player).
Date and time of Rulebreaking: Yesterday, don't know exact time.
What did he do? Describe please: The car id 128 BF Injection was owned by [FS]Lancer(K) recently and he went inactive. Yet, 31 days haven't passed of his inactivity someone by Admins [FS]Lancer(K)'s car was del-owned yesterday for a guy named Mr.48^ and he bought it illegally. Now, I want that car del-owned back or set real owner's name [FS]Lancer(K) until /time of 31 days of his inactivity is passed. And the admin responsible for this rule-breaking must be punished.

I agree, however looking for that "admin" is gonna be ambitious, unless their is a log of administrators commands used lying in our pockets. Hopefully someone will confess or either we look deep into this investigation.
