Date and time of banning: Not sure of time. 5pm? 31st August

Reason given by the admin for the ban: Death Evade

Your defense please: I never ever ever death evade. I hate when people death evade or Alt-Tab when they're knocked to the ground, it really pisses me off. I fight until the last second. I fight until the last n0ob is killed. So it was obviously not intentional. I didn't mean to death evade. I thought I had already died when 50 people blasted me to death so I said "F*ck this" and just rage quit. Then I logged in again to see that I was banned. Obviously I typed /q too quickly. My mistake.

Witnesses who support you (in-game names): Probably nobody because they all hate me. Maybe Thunderhead. I think he likes me Wink

During the combat,do not try to do /q or reconnect or pause the game till the server registers your death or it will be considered a rulebreak.

That's the one I'm talking about. It's the same one you banned me for. Unless you think I did another one?

Which sea sparrow death evade are you talking about? I've never death evaded in a sea sparrow. I would be happy to see a video because I have no idea what you are talking about.

Ask anybody who has ever fought with me, I don't death evade.

Why not give me a warning? So I can be extra careful next time and wait until I am respawned to /q.

So can I not just get a perma warning?

You had done it 2nd time, i was the one who was sniping you, when you were in sea sparow, when your vehicle got on fire, so you better stop lying or your unban app will be denied and don't make double posts simply edit your post by clicking on edit option.

Can you explain what exactly happened, because I don't remember. Do you have a video? It's my second time asking for a video. Where and when was this?

you were supposed to get a perma warn, when you did /q when your heli got on fire, but after seeing geogeo report i had to ban you for 7 days and no sorry i don't have a video, i don't record my game all time. Still if you want logs i can post to make you remember what you had done and this is your last chance to tell me truth or i will deny your app.

The truth is I believe I didn't death evade in the Sparrow but I'll be more careful in future. I already told you ... I HATE death evaders.

Well mate be-careful, next time since i think you don't know server rules that much, never quit or pause your game while your in combat with others, be sure to read server rules from this link https://vkserver.forumotion.com/t17-server-rules-updated-29-08-2018 even though you should be connected with vk's forum since, you will don't know if you had been reported/warned or not in server, so you can be more careful next time.
