You gave him access to the command, which isn't something you should do. If you give an axe to a 6 year old kid and he kills his parents, who gets the blame? You of course.

I personally Think you should unban him.

As Crystal admitted his mistake so better is to close this report and Ryuga will be unbanned by tomorrow. So no need to unban him and he should learn a lesson from it.
