The second one, Who hacking? Me? You must be kidding and if TNW was hacking, who would tell Max that TNW is hacking while the prop is already locked? I'll say that the guy who is hacking maybe TNW and if he is hacking, would he kill me two times with m4 on head to make head shots? Why not TNW? He still used admin powers for killing players.

Maybe TNW PMed him you're hacking to Max, and Max came to check. I'm not saying you were hacking, but maybe TNW had doubt and told Max to check.

What happened in the prop, did you start to attack him when he joined the prop?

I was in fpv mode shooting 1 bullet didnt know that it was gonna hit u.But than i was just standing at one place u starting to shooting at me and killed me i was thinking its a joke let me kill him.

You should remember you joined the prop using admin command and therefore such mistakes can't be taken lightly. You could apologize so Vampire is aware that your intentions were not to kill him, but rather check TNW.

Yes agree with u. But after that vampire killed me so i was thinking he is just taking it as a joke thats why i killed him too in a joke i didnt know that he was gonna have problem or he can ask max leave the prop.

see buudy, your report is invalid, there are many points in it like he just went to your locked prop one time and what happened in their doesnt really matter, if he killed you you should kill em and kick em instead of letting him stay in the prop so that he can again kill you and you can make report.
And one more thing I heared Angel saying (maybe in rule) that if an admin is costantly teleporting to you to kill you so you can report him but in this case he just came in your prop 1 time and its your fault to not to kick him.

How can it be my fault I didn't kick him? An admin came to the prop what I am supposed to do? I don't read minds
