Denied [Denied] Radar timer

There are many noobs who turn their radar off and shoot from distance changing angles so we can't see them. There should a timer. When a person shoots, he is made visible on radar for 5 sec and then again disappear.

radaroff can be used to run away from anyone other but some nabs can easily be killed using it

I don't think so killing newbies makes any sense, they are here to enjoy fun and they enjoy a lot of fun by running from players and not to be killed. I don't think so it's a good idea but good luck with your idea.
