Recent server crash (information) - (already fixed)

Note: The script seemed to crash today and start a default VC-MP server, I fixed it very quickly, but here is some information.
Well our script got a main file and that main file basically starts up all the other scripts. That file is not protected from being edited and when I looked today it was empty. But luckily I got many backups so I just replaced it.
Why was it deleted? There are two possible explainations
1. I accidently deleted it after I transferred the patch (Does anyone know if there has been a restart since then?)
2. Someone hacked into it.
That's all the information I can give. Most likely it was myself.

A file becomes empty when something that has opened it crashes.

I didn't have it opened, as I said, I probably deleted the text when transferring patch 3.6.1 or someone else did.
