When someone applys admins vote there are many admins its not the applier fault its your fault angel because you are not kicking admins like Harry who are inactive since 1 year i suggest you to take a action! And also Harry is not busy with anything he is free the reason is he dosen't like VCMP so he is playing CSGO.

Harry is Adviser, not a member of the staff.

It means he will be promoted when he is back but why promoted when he is inactive for 1 year remove him from adviser also?

Adviser = level 9 I guess
And yes, he won't be promoted unless he becomes active again. The reason he's in the staff is because we Angel started this server, Harry helped him develop it Smile

This how things work here: Advisors and Head managers doesn't have to be active. Harry has been such a large part of the staff that he will remain in the staff until he resigns.

Andri and CrystalBlue are basically owners as well, they don't have do anything to keep their rank. The rest? We will keep them in the staff if they have a good reason to go inactive and if they keep us updated. Syndicate has reported that he will be inactive until april and we are fine with that, for the moment.

Please give me a list of names of admins you think are inactive and we will take a look at it. We got a command called /adminlastjoined that I know Rainbow checks at least 2-3 times a month.

We do have something called LOA's. An admin may leave a LOA if he is going inactive for a while. We usually don't accept people to go on long LOA's but we can allow it in some cases. I Think Arnold has been on a LOA 1 month or something. He will be back in april, maybe we will change this rule later on.

the loa section is inside the admin section, so maybe it should be moved outside, but im not sure.

I'm on LOA but I'm still active on forum, I check forum 5 or 6 times a day but I can't join in game because my father is not allowing me to even touch PC.
