[Denied] Event staff suggestions

(1) Add a spec cmd for event staffs to spec event participaters wether they are cheating or not.

(2) Add cmd /eventcd so 3 2 1 appears on screen.

(3) Add cmd /startevent EventName Prop and it will appear on screen to join the event people may type /joinevent and what is the event about what is the price

(4) Add something like /bounty for event staffs to put bounty on a player like this /bounty player cash its like Vipe[R] has put bounty on player null reward 1000000

(5) Make a LOA for event staffs.

That, and if you see him with sniper and put bounty then kill him, or if you put a bounty on ur computer, i mean in another nickname of your computer, you can kill him by granades or something

Agree with Lahham, that spec cmd will surely abuse by event staff, there are many nubs/rule breakers in our event staff, like Asiyan, etc.
I'm 10000℅ sure that they will abuse it.

Some times there are 2 events are hosted at same time, so I think /joinevent cmd won't be work here.

Asiyan isn't a rule breaker as far as i know. about join event its like for the 1st event /joinevent 1 and for the 2nd /joinevent 2.
Spec command must only work when we are doing event (/startevent)
