The SK clan belongs to Emi, you have tried claiming it belongs to you but pathetically failed. You have nothing to do with the SK clan, also, even if you did, Emi claims he kicked you from it, Therefore you have been removed from the SK clan memberlist ingame.

Within the clan registration, Emi clearly mentions that there isn't a forum for the clan yet, this proves that you made that forum just to try and claim that SK is your clan.
