There is a limit to do everything, as you said he is insulting you on regular basis with words like (fkk off, fkk ur mom) you should take as many proofs as you can on daily basis for 3-4days minimum and then report him, I assure you that a strict action will be taken against him.
Admins or Management team can't do anything on abuses done once or not on daily basis (Because some people do have habbits of doing Adult and Abusive jokes/greetings)

NOTE: Just avoid (Provocation or Encouragement), Let him start abusing/insulting/dis-behaving with you and collect proofs as much you can for as many days you can (minimum 3-4days) N you'll get justice.
