Our player count

Announcement

I have noticed that our player count has been decreasing over the last few days. Please join the server and have fun, this will allow for other players and n00bs to join, increasing the player count and the chain continues, and the fun increases. This is just a request, do not feel like you have been forced to join.

Wasn't there like 15 people at one point yesterday. Either way, the server is always empty sometimes a day. Just look at that graph Razz

This days, every old player(of vks), are busy in building the custom prop.
The nabs wants to DM, but they get no one here, as everyone is busy in their prop/s.
They( old plrs ) lock their prop too, so that no one can join and DM there

Agree.
If today I wasn't working on my custom prop, I would not spawn and just be talking to players/solving their problems (which I still do while working on my prop) or would be AFK (off topic, need some reward for being the best AFKer xD)

I think the custom property is a great system that keeps me interested in the game (even in school xD)

Whoever doesn't like custom props should just not own one and just do something else other than blaming it for decrease of players in the server.

Yea! I told nerd to add sellprop cmd but he is lazy ***, atleast they can stop blaiming.

Nah, he's not actually lazy. If you were in his position you would know how busy he is. I realized this today when suddenly I got 5 unban requests, and 2 bug reports in my CoD4 servers while I was studying in class.
Angel goes to a university which is way more tougher than school, manages the VK server well, and also spends time checking the forum, and finally not to forget that he spends many hours a day scripting for the next patch.

Enough with this bullshit. I have explained it many times:

- Noobs can't use goto and just plays. They aren't going to find you guys either if you nogoto on and /radaroff so for them it isn't no difference.

- Regular players use /goto and when they do /goto they will get a message telling them to write exactly what they need to write to goto to the player.

If you want to DM then DM, if someone else doesn't want to DM they don't have to be forced to DM.

We are not losing any players because the server has always been empty and had few players at a certain time of the day. Just look at the graph in that server status window. According to that we still peak at around 10 to 15 players.

Well no more custom prop arguments please Angel made everything clear. Search the forum before posting 'no palyers in survor bcx of custim proprtyes'.

I understand everyone's concern, but to be honest I haven't noticed any difference there is still around 15 players when I play during around 4 to 8 pm (server time), even I saw this today.

I have explained many times why the custom property technically doesn't matter for the population and why having multiple things to do is not a bad thing.

Either way I am locking this topic because I am kinda sick of people like Hari who doesn't read my replies and just continues to post the same thing.

One more thing: The server will never die, because I will script regardless if we got any players or not and I will continue to play when I am not at the university (if anyone is concerned over that).
