[Denied] Drive-By Suggestions

1). Disable drive-by with Custom Property Vehicles only in normal world ( you may still do drive-by with custom property vehicles in custom properties). Custom property vehicles are supposed to made for free-roaming in normal world.

2). If suggestion "1)." gets implemented then make some changes in drive-by system :

- Remove automatic vehicle health reduction after making certain drive-by kills.
- Drive-byers will be getting HP after making kills.
- After making 3 drive-by kills, the player will not able to use teleportation commands while having less than 70 HP.

Disabling stunting bike or just say make them fall off bike would be already enough anyway that's how the game is supposed to work, without adding limitations like unable to fix while having sprees from db, disabling db after many spress, bike hp etc idk I remember one update added these don't remember what else, or set the db damage to same as using those SMGs maybe 8 - 12 hp and done plus those fast vehicles shouldn't have existed too much advantages

I asked for disabling stuntbike as default in past. Angel declined it and he is not going to disable it as for default. Also, there are many drive-by limitations have been added recently and have already failed to balance the drive-by killing system.

That topic has suggested to Disable drive-by for custom vehicles only. What I have suggested is to disable drive-by killing by any custom property vehicle (including normal and custom model) in normal world. Drive-by killing by using any custom model vehicle which spawn only in normal world is going to work.

I agree with both. I've always believed that drive-by is very easy to counter, but it got a little out of hand with the introductions of custom vehicles. This will also increase the value of world 1 properties. I think it's good to experiment with different solutions for drive-by and see which is mutually beneficial for all.

Good suggestions, but, I don't think if it's possible to disable drive-by for particular vehicles. It's only possible to toggle drive-by for all the vehicles probably.
