Ayy.... it's freaking lovely! But sad, my pc didn't even handle this video on 720p reso. It lags a lot so I watch at 480p. Sad
I just love to see Vice (Miami) City, more than San Andreas. <3

This isn't GTA VC remastered, it's GTA V which has a mod that added the island of Vice City, which you can tell by the textures. So I'm pretty sure it's not possible.

You can actually play VCMP with better VC grafix. But the whole thing'll be matter with the 'models' folder. There are many hd grafix and generic mods available on the google you can check. But that'll not make the grafix of the level but still there can be high textured grass/plants/trees, hd roads with cool reflections, hd skybox, hd blood gore and blood splash and also a high reflection on vehicles.
I tried some of these, too on my prev pc. But it makes my VCMP lags like a sh*t. You got a better pc so hopefully will run better, perhaps.

It's grafix not even close to GTA San Andreas if we play SA with high settings. LOL.
It's just a small mod that makes VC looks more brighter and contrast and a reflection on vehicles.
