It's not wall glitch, alone rockets are hitting the building walls at left side of your wall and in front of it + he is not inside of building glitch as you can see in your radar.

explosions through the open area to harm the victim is allowed but it is not allowed to use explosions if the victim is surrounded by walls or any other solid objects.
