What did he do? Describe please: He was using the /c bring command to drown players. He did that to me several time.

Players who witnessed the violation (in-game names): I think [TZ_R]razor was a witness

As I told you ingame it would be good to see some more screenshots to get a better understanding. It is hard to know if andri used /c bring or if you used /c goto. But I saw it in game and it looked more like /c bring to me.
