At first,he was shooting at spawn location and killed me,then when i spawn he immediately killed me so he break the rule two or three times so i kicked him third time.And this punishment was correct for him.But when he rejoin,He warned me that not to kick him,he has level higher then me.He typed /admins & tell me to see his level.I have a video of all this matter but i don't know how to insert a video

Thats exactly what he was doing to me too. At 1st I tolerated it and I was patient hoping that he will stop.. But he didn't, therefore I had to kick him.

You're not allowed to use admin commands on other admins unless they are a direct danger to the server. Please read this topic: https://vkserver.forumotion.com/t128-updated-admin-rules and learn the rules in it. Hitman you are active and you are good guy so I am going to give you another chance don't break any admin rules or server rules again or else you will be demoted. For now hitman is warned.
Hitman if you want to take action against devil you must post a report or talk to a level 8 or higher admin. Remember to always listen to higher level admins and to report them when they do something wrong.
The same goes for Thunder. He's been on a LOA for awhile and he seems like a reasonable and intelligent person that just wasn't aware of the admin rules that were posted while he was on a LOA. I talked to him and I believe he won't do it again, so he is warned too.
If you see them doing this again devil, post another report and they will be punished. But for no in opinion a warning is enough.
