4GB? I tried to run GTA V on 8GB ram and i5 integrated processor on low graphics, and I got about 15 FPS. In fact, it was so bad that my game crashed every once in a while. When I go e game crashed every here and there, even the map couldn't load properly. After I got a GPU, I played on ultra with smooth FPS, and I can tell, you can't enjoy GTA V on low graphics, its worse than Vice City graphics.
Okay, your PC is worst, I get it.
