Your defense please:The punishment of death Evading once is a Perma-warn, not a temp-ban. Although I had broken the rule multiple times, I can only see one death evade that was actually offensive and hurt someone in any way, 4K said that any mistake, intentional or accidental shall be punished equally, but I disagree with that. A mistake is something that can be repeated multiple times, and punishment for a mistake is intolerable. Even if a person is punished for a mistake, they will repeat it the same amount of time, because they don't do it intentionally.
Witnesses who support you (in-game names):I don't have any supporters, I am by myself, but I made this unban appeal because I feel that this ban is wrong
Any screenshots you took for your defense:I don't have anything in defense, I apologize for the report that was made against me by Cybertron, but the problem I have is, that I got banned for a mistake. I want an admin to take action as soon as possible, as I want to DM with 4k.

Your ban is already so short, i cant decrease it anymore, even 4k said that you should have been banned for 5 days, but i banned you for 3 days, rules are equal to everyone, this was not your first time death evading as 4k said, its 3rd or 4th time your mistake.
Denied, wait for your ban to get expire.
