Hi This is Haseeb, am not officially back, exams are in progress but when I tried to open my VCMp I got this error;

I tried reinstalling VCMP, Tried to replace this DLL file in 004 folders but shows the same problem and also tried several dull patches, so I thought I may now discuss here.

Try uninstalling you antivirus. Or stop it from detection of apps for a small time. Also try uninstalling any modes or aimpots. :-D:-D:-D^o^^o^^o^
I literally have no clue about this :-[

My Anti-Virus software is disabled currently and I've tried re-installing Vice city several times.

The problem is with rel004 files, and dll patches I don't think so that I have to get my windows re-installed..

Same problem has happened with me.You just have to delete anti-virus program and reinstall the VCMP.

I also tried replacing the 004 and 003 files.

Could someone kindly make a zip file of their vcmp(just the multiplayer folder, not the full game) folder and post it here? I'd do it myself, but unfortunately, I've given my lap to an IT guy to get an upgrade. And haseeb, if/once someone posts the file, download it, extract it and use that instead of what you already have.
