Date and time of Rulebreaking:today
What did he do? Describe please: wtfff, he warned me reason: i'm evade, where is the proof ??, when i said him tell me proof, he say me, all report you, Wtf? where is proof, all thing is with proof, and i was tell him "no i don't evade" and he mute me for reason spamming wtf, and also slap me.

Players who witnessed the violation (in-game names): Force, Wild, Polito23

Administrators don't need to evidence to themselves to punish players. The rules indicates that we, administrators, can take action on the rulebreak unless we've witnessed the rulebreak. That applies to evidence from the reporter or the administrator seeing the rulebreak occur in front of his eyes.

and when he rejoined the server i warn him for doing Death Evade even he deserves ban because dark abdo give him last chance but he did not learn from his mistakes and about spam.

And warn is not right there, he should be ban from the server because he was already banned for death evading and abdo give him last chance so requesting high level admins to ban him.

Admins dont need proofs because i am a admin i have right to punish rule breakers you should apologize but except that you made a admin report and it will be worse for you i know you will be ban from the server and obviously my bandicam is not ON 24 hours and i didnt except this from you that you will death Evade again after just getting unbanned few days ago.

You were recently unbanned and still repeating the same things and instead apologizing you make an admin report. Do you want a cookie with your ban?

If you want to report Max then the burden of proof is on you, you need to prove you didn't evade and that is pretty much impossible without a recording.

He is admin, he doesn't need proof. We trust admins till they're proven a liar, so you have to prove that Max is lying, meaning you didn't death evade. Better you accept your mistake before you face another ban and this time there's no chance of an unban.

Let me explain basically when we3da was running i headshot him from behind and
obviously he didnt know that it was me thats why he did /q before server register his death or who is that mad that he will evade in front of admin and when he rejoined the game i warned him for death evading than here is the report he made.

You should be the one bringing proofs in order to "unwarn" yourself, not the admin who warned you.
If you want to prove that Max is wrong, you need to come up with a proof like a full video.

Force he was running after an player to kill him and when i headshot him with sniper he did /q before server register his death so its count as death Evade he should apologize for doing death evade but instead of it he made an admin report on me.
