I did shoot, but I didn't hit him. He shot the tree and that's how spark showed, so does this count as wall glitch as well? Or it remains allowed?

Dude you can clearly see i shoot at you and didnt know there is a invisible wall or something and you did miss your shot see your sniper aim in the video and this rule is not even added yet, stop spamming admin reports.
