[Denied] Suggestion

1) I'm not sure if this is actually possible, but it would be nice if we can change in our account the spawn place like instead in vice point, we can change it to the rally map inside the hyman monumental
cmd: /spawnplace VP (Vice Point) or /spawnplace derby (like in the 2nd screen)

2) Here's another one about the custom props, in this case, if we wanna build something that needs alot of space, we can use a command like /worldprop <ID> on in which would mean that the prop will have the normal world in our prop or off instead of on that will disable the vice city map(expecting our placed objects of course) but the water will be still here.

Let say better that we have the map of VC:

But instead if we write that command it will be only the water and all the map of vice city will be gone unless you reenable it back:

But ofcourse you'll still have your custom objects here.
