Hello Guys i'm here to tell you my simple suggestion.
Some times my game too much time to select skins.
so today i got a idea.
let me explain...
When we connect to server so it will show a menu like this:
Teams.
1- Police
2- Vercetti
3- Cuban
4- Haitain
5- Thug
6- Shark
7- ETC
For example we select Cuban
so it will show to skins
Cuban #1
Cuban #2
So it will easy and fast to select skins.
I hope you guys will add it....

That's a part of patch 3.0. You can select the skin from the Random skins, or spawn with the random skin

As KAKAN pointed out a new way to select between some similar skins has been added in patch 3.0. Since this suggestion was a suggested stormeus has increased the speed in which you select skins by a factor of 4.
