What did he do? Describe please:hp hacks as you can see in the video when I knocked him down he suddenly used F1 hacks(pressed F1 key),as I shot him with spaz but still he didn't lose hp and get up and ran and after that when he got up he didn't lose hp and didn't fall down

Halo didn't warp at that time.so can't be lag.

I've slow down the clip to 0.25x and I made some observations so 4K needs to verify them.
* At the beginning, when you spawned, Halo was typing while you were shooting him. This could be similar to that report from ThunderBird's "head protection hacks".
* After that, Halo managed to prevent that knockdown exactly when you shot him but he jumped in perfect timing. Right before Wild died, he missed most of his shots.

I'd like to have @ЧК. to look over this one more time as I'm neutral about this.

this situation happened to me sometime ( If I were Dark-wolf ). Maybe you shooted in the ground, instead of his body, but the system did recognize as -> hit him and his blood bled

When you knocked down Dark_Wolf he was cleary warping and moving but if you look at Halo when i knocked him he was not moving he was not warping he was lying still

not a hack because hp hack=no damage and he got damage and F1 hack=No damage+No knockdown which is also not true according to the video, good luck @reporter

I checked the video clearly. According to my observation, Hunter did hit Halo but some of the shots also missed but those shot also decreased his hp. We can say that he was having more ping causing him to lag that why he lost hp later. We can also identify the lag that he fall after being hit by 4 to 5 shots. Also, he was typing when shot as he messaged in the console so if he was using hacks, then it must be an F1 hack.

According to me, he is innocent as he lagging.
P.S: I am not good at solving these and best is that head admins will solve. I am just giving my observation.

Halo has always ratio of normal ping from 140 - 160 as far as I've observed his ping, but surely he warps kinda like his fps is consistently dropping.

Unfortunately proof isn't valid because U havn't given us the ping proof. In type of f1 hacks U must have a proof of ping and halo is pro lagger.

Sorry for replying late, I thought this report is being dealt by others. In my opinion it is clearly F1 hack or atleast pause evade. But by seeing Halo's response if it was pause evade then he would admit to save him from the hack accusation. He was running then stopped then fell and activated F1 hack and disabled it right before getting up which is why he lost little HP. Yes, he was lagging little as his fall animation was few miliseconds late, but we can tell from that delay that lag wasn't that extreme that he would survive the spaz impact while fallen down.

In conclusion it is F1 hack and a permanent ban should be issued and Halo should post an unban appeal confessing and apologizing for his mistake if he needs any mercy from the staff on his ban.

Well after reading this reply Halo will definetly say that he did pause evade to save himself from perma ban so I request admins not to believe him this time

That message appears in all player screens which are in prop 100 and it happens when some one use grenades in prop.

He lost little HP while getting up which could mean he deactivated F1 as he got up and took a bullet of spaz which made him lose HP. And that warping you're talking about, I don't understand how can you survive spaz for so long, it must be 3 sec delay which means at least 3000 ping while he's saying 800-1000 ping. And if he had 3000 ping then he's requested to show the message which says your ping is above the limit and attack is disabled.

Please give a full image of the chatlog so we can see when you re entered the prop and we can compare timings with the video.

Yes, I'm not saying you're wrong, you're more experienced than me, I'm just giving opinion, And about 1000+ ping message thing it comes after 25 or 30 seconds, when he fall down his hp got low and when he stood up his hp got low too, the thing happened in middle, As he is saying that his PC is not that good, plus net problem, which we can see too when he stood up he got warp/lag for like 1-2 sec, Maybe because of it he can't be killed at that point.

If you fell late too then we'd accept it as lag, but you didn't fall that late which means there isn't much delay and especially not enough delay to avoid the spaz onslaught.

Sorry, moving back to the topic, 4k I also think he's not hacking cause F1 hack always have a slight sign or just weird movement of the hack with player stops for a while or etc like that.
Here Halo is warping due to ping spiking or may be FPS dropping, as he did state that his Graphic card needs to be repaired so it might be the FPS dropping. Moving towards Pause evade, he fell down and got up with normal speed but between that its quit difficult to do pause evade and if eh did so how did he jump very soon? Sorry for my disturbance but this is the same thing am watching that i observed 2 years ago, A player named Reborn made a report of punch hack against player named Rider, he was 9 year old kid, didn't knw anything actually it was a VC bug when we turn on the Punch mod it works in opposite manner, like in normal VC you punch others they jump too high but in VCMP you jump tooo high so admins banned Rider in case.
Same as here Halo is innocent, it is lag or FPS dropping according to my opinion, Halo's ping remains between 100-180, lets imagine he has 220 ping then what about wild hunter he also has average ping or 200 or more, I have played a lot with Halo i know this, Sometimes suddenly he warps hard that quickly he kills me with a head shot that was impressive for me then i noticed his warping and Ping difference even i had 160 ping means 149 : 162, also warps + little laggy idk  why?
