there are some issues here guys. this F1 hack thing is ridiculous. there seem to be a flaw here with the rules somewhere that even the head admins dont seem to see.

i really apologies to the reporter for this, its a flaw somewhere with the staff. i am going to open up a management topic and discuss this so we can improve. for now this report is once again pending and no one under my rank is allowed to make a decision on it.

we cant have unfair judgements and its my job to make sure that these Three reports are judged the same if they're the same thing and i have looked at them many times and see no difference.
