[Solved] Help Me Guys....

Hey Guys,
As U All Know I'm Back To My Home Its Mean I'm Back To My Gaming World.
When I Open My PC So I Saw My Brother Has Installed Windows 8.1 In My PC.
So I Installed Vice City When I Try To Open It So First My PC Show Me A Problem Of DirectX And Then He Start Showing Me Not Responding.
I Have Try Many Times Reinstalled But It Still Showing Me Not Responding.
And Its Also Happening With My CS1.6 And CS GO.
I Hope U Guys Will Help Me.

this is not much help but cant you just upgrade to windows 10 its free from microsoft?

Try reinstalling these games. This might hellp you. Sorrry for my gramatical mistakes, i cant see what i'm typing.

• DirectX 9.0 or higher
  
• Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 (both x64 and x86) and/or earlier versions

Hello there gamer, I got something for ya.
You must download and install this if you wish to play VC:MP and other games.

If that doesn't work, Dude try doing windows updates that might help
If the above given criteria fails, Try asking the vcmp Dev's you can ask them On the VCMP Official forums The link is down below : -

Note : If you're still not able to play then you must buy a new pc for yourself.

Bro Problem Is Happening With My Vice City Not Vcmp I Didn't Istalled VCmp now.

If you're having some issues with your vice city cause you recently installed a new windows on your pc, Then I guess it is because of your Graphics driver which may not be installed at the very first use, wait for a while It will begin to work. Or else install the windows updates if that doesn't seem to work, I guess you can go back to the windows in which the game used to work but before you do that try asking for help on the Official VCMP Forums. Delete .set file from your Documents\Vice City User Files folder
Open the Start menu, in the search box type "advanced system settings".
One result will appear, click it.
In the window that opens, click the Advanced tab, then the first Settings button
Go to the "Data Execution Prevention" tab, and click "Add..." to add an exception.
Browse to your gta-vc.exe and select it.
Now "OK" all the dialogs until they're closed.
