[Solved] Unhandled exception error

Can someone help me solving this problem?

Unhanded exception: c0000005
at address: 006f6330

Tried to run it as administrator but didn't work.
and changed windows compatibility to Windows XP (Service Pack 2) but didn't work.
tried to run it in low resolution but didn't work.
Reinstalled it but didn't work.
Removed .set folder (Which is in documents folder) but didn't work

PC Specs:
4GB Ram.
Nvidia GeForce GT 640 graphics card.
Operating system: 64-bit.
OS: Windows 10.

Delete .set file from your Documents\Vice City User Files folder
Open the Start menu, in the search box type "advanced system settings".
One result will appear, click it.
In the window that opens, click the Advanced tab, then the first Settings button
Go to the "Data Execution Prevention" tab, and click "Add..." to add an exception.
Browse to your gta-vc.exe and select it.
Now "OK" all the dialogs until they're closed.

Was working before, I got Windows 10 from 1 week ago.

I have this error too I have downloaded all Gaming Softwares C++ and DrictX not working what to do?

Can you please tell us what you are trying to run? You are just referring to the thing as "it". Is it the vc-mp browser or something else?

1 - Try to setup Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
2 - Remember what is the the last thing you did before you opened the program if you made a work-group by 2 PC or you but a USB in the computer maybe it will virus its name is sality.w32 if you have problem in any program that is working with c++ 100000% its sality virus i have a tool to remove it you can not remove it ESET smart security or avast its only that tool if i'm right and you have problem with any program working with c++ tell me and don't open any drive open any drive and the virus will be in that drive and you will see the free space decrease t 0KB in 10min
Now how do know if you have sality virus if you don't have anti-virus
1 - you can not open task manager
2 - you can not open reedit [Registry Editor]
3 - you can not do any thing by CMD [Command Prompt]

how to remove that virus extract the file after download and open that tool, on my computer its removed the virus in 4 hours it was 100254 sality virus

I use Windows 10, fortunately I DIDN'T GET ANY ERROR UPTO NOW

I told you to remember what is the last thing you did maybe you did any thing in gta vc folder

To fix it, do the following:

Okay generally speaking: Don't upgrade to a newer windows until they in 10 years stop supporting windows 7 lol. You can't really trust microsoft to not screw up in some way.
