bueno para solucionar ese problema tienes que cambiar tu resolucion a una que tenga 32bits seguro usas una de 16 y por eso mismo por esa razon no te deja sacar las fotos
solo ve al gta vc normal y cambia la resolucion a una que contenga 32

You need to make sure you're 32 bit screen resolution, go to gta-vc.exe then options -> display options and make sure your resolution have x32 at the end. In my case it is 1366x768x32.

Make ur resolution to max. The screenshot doesn't works on low resolution. You can use bandicam to capture photos also.

use /disconnect and then press F8, if it still doesn't work delete system32.

You could just press button "Prt Scr Sys Rq" you can find the button in the top of your keyboard [it's near F12] . Because that's what i use sometimes , and it copies your display in monitor [ so it capture's it].
