Azbee check if your anti-virus can allow programs through it. If it does then allow the dll or vc-mp.

Did you manage to solve the issue AssBee?

I had the same issue, and after double checking, I figured out that my antivirus was blocking the file, so I had to unblock it.

Can you upload a video on how to stop the anti virus from blocking it? i'm using norton.

I have Norton antivirus too, and the exact same problem. The Antivirus was blocking the file, so I had to exclude it.

I payed 50 dollars just for it to remove libpng actually no it blocked many viruses and trojans Razz.

also i excluded vice city multiplayer in local is that what i have to exclude or what?
