why the server I kickea will be my netbook or the server will have any errors?  because always when I try to catch the ghost it always happens to me the same thing or I have bad internet

Hey, this seems to be a VC-MP kick actually. Can you try doing this by making sure your HP is 100 and you don't lose any HP at all when you encounter the ghost.

Also do you have the pot to actually catch the ghost? If you don't have the right upgrade you will not catch it as well.

Please note that you should have Sigmund Freud's pot in order to not be kicked from the zone while trying to catch the Ghost, I believe in that you won't be kicked then, go to the libarary at /zone and search for a book called "Sigmund Freud" Finish the puzzle and enter the password then he will he give you the pot.

Some tips for puzzle : The first part should be at Admin's office ( the entrance at prop 10's Garage. ) ,The 2nd part hided in prop's 40 background.

As others said , you have to collect those pickups with the old vks secrets to get the pot and title " pot man ". i had the password saved before but i lost it. it's the /zonesecret thing. will try to solve the secret and get the password

update: I have found the password to get the pot , use
Code:
/zonesecret eretgtetrargturajebat
in order to get the pot , then escape the zone and stay for a while to catch jerminah ghost. i will post a tutorial topic about the zone secret & jerminah zone secret soon.
