Just get your room's lights off and get to your bed and close your eyes. Start to feel something dark and you'll discover ghost.

Okay I'm marking this topic as solved.


About Romero car you have to look for pickups that give hints for it. Go in /zone then library and head to the door which takes you outside, look for the pickups there.
