Date the bug occured: 4th August 2014
The command the bug belongs to: None
Description of the bug: I was driving around Little Havana when I see a Phoenix randomly driving after me. I realised it isn't anyone because the only other player online was VK.Coudy, and he was driving another car, a Washington. The Phoenix followed me until I blocked its path on a bridge and tried to get in it. Coudy randomly was teleported from his Washington to the Phoenix when I entered it.

This sounds extremely weird. From the pictures I can see that the car must have made a turn to keep up with you. If this is real then I can't explain this at all.
Maybe sam or razor have seen something like this and might be able to explain it. Any further details would help if you got any.
