I am not saying that he is multi accounting and bcuz of this he should be punished but he changed his nick as he knew that if he will post an app with that nice, he would surely get negative votes.

He is accepted from votes he didn't said us to accept him.We accept him and if he didn't mention his previous nick then why the hell we didn't check his /alias before he was admin?
Before accepting player we just have to know about them.

Nightmare cannot be punished from this report because reports can only be punished according to rules.
Although Angel can still punish him if he feels Nightmare should have included his previous nicks in his Admin App.

Well I think you're right, this can fall under the Golden Rule.

Okay I am not sure why people are talking about gamer instead of nightmare in this application. Either way it's up to the community to decide. Sherwin got unbanned twice which means that he served his punishment.

But the thing is Nightmare didn't mention in his admin application that he was sherwin. Why didn't he do it?

1. He didn't do it on purpose and just forgot to mention it since it might have been a long time.

or

2. He lied to us to get a better chance with his admin application.

It's up to the community to decide if they think it's number 1 or 2.

Ok let me say something on this.

First of all: There is no rule that NightMare has broken.

So, nothing to be seen that we HAVE TO punish NightMare for. The wall glitching is part of another report and doesn't belong here. However, he did not include his previous nickname(s) that he used on the server in his admin application, what is a requirement to do for the application to be accepted. So his admin application should never have been accepted, but this is not his fault but the fault of the admins who accepted the application and didn't confirm the information provided in the application.
Also, I don't know what kind of reputation the player "Sherwin" had in this community. However he has been here for a long time. His admin application has been posted on 10 Dec 2013. The admin application of NightMare^ has been posted on 23 Auf 2015. Also, the account Sherwin has been pretty active on this server and is appearently still active, as Sherwin last joined the server on 20 Sep 2015 at 11:41 server time.

Knowing that he didn't include ANY of his previous nick names in his admin application I would suggest to remove him from his admin position and give him a 1 month cooldown time before he can re-apply for admin because he didn't follow the requirements of posting all his previous nick names in his application and therefor should never have been accepted.

Also, I am not happy to see this and it makes me sad that we have to deal about things like that in this community.

Harry when Nightmare applied to be an admin we did not have the alias command.

Nightmare is asked to state his defense plea before I'll issue a punishment.
