[Denied] Admin Report - WiLD_HuNteR and [EK]Maxpayne^

Date and time of Rulebreaking: Today, few mins ago.
What did he do? Describe please: Wrongfully kicked me. As well as told him that I was banned for 1 week by krlozz and the time have been passed. But instead of taking it serious he kicked me and when I reconnected he told me to leave the server. Why the hell he was behaving like that and reacting like a immature admin. Seriously this guy is terrible.

Don't you see that mason said he banned you via /ban cmd which is not a temp ban./ban means you will not be unbanned until mason does /unban and i believe Mason have not unbanned you yet but still you joined server

Shut up retard, don't you see the logs what are they telling. I was banned for 8 days neither Mason said he is using /ban cmd neither I was banned by him, the logs clearly showing I was banned by krlozz and my time was 6 days 23 hours left. Shut up, I've never ban evaded neither I will do. You must use your 10 years old goat mind before taking actions.

Please wait for confirmation from Mason if he banned you.

I did ban you though and it wasn't temp ban. Any admin that has access can see that ban info too, I do think it's a bug anyways, but we'll see when I get home.

I once banned Qais in the development server using /ban he got kicked but it didn't ban him somehow

Well i banned duke again for 100 days and any 7+ level admin again /ban him if he was banned for 8 days by mistake or /perma ban if mason is right.

When I already cleared it out my ban is expire I haven't ban evaded.

I banned Los at one point. i checked logs, but when he joined he was not banned and there was nothing in findbannedaccounts.

Forget one thing @Mason did you unban his tempban which was given by krlozz, before using /Ban command? maybe because of this all happen.

Krlozz banned him for 8 days on the 20th so he should’ve been unbanned on the 28th (2 days ago). If it is proved that the ban command was bugged and Mason’s ban wasn’t issued then he will not be considered a ban evader.

Ok, but still he should be banned, thats why i said in my first reply that any 7+ level admin should ban him again with /ban if it was mistake/bug and i think i explain how this thing bug happen (Maybe) read my 2nd last reply.

You permanently banned Duke when krlozz temp banned him in the report. So I think he should still be banned.

This is 100% unfair and unjust with me. Previously I was banned by Krlozz for 8 days on 20th of July 2018. After that Mr.Mason banned me but not permanently for some days, but his /ban didn't work, and when I joined the game today firstly I received a /kick from Mr.wild_hunter for ban-evading and after that when I reported him and cleared it out my ban is expired I didn't ban evaded then Mr.Maxpayne banned me for 100 days and the reason was ban evader. Just tell me is admin cmds and admin staff a joke?
Everyone is doing misuse of it. For god sake show some humanity when did I ban evaded? I am banned for the rule-break which I haven't performed since I've joined VC-MP and today I'm banned for that too. The thing is my heart is seriously no more interested in VKs anymore just because of the thing happened with me today, if the same thing will happens with the other players too then no one will love to play VKs anymore. It is up to you guys how to handle this situation because I am now going to pm @Angel about this unjust with me. I am seriously disheart now. ;(

This isn't unfair. You should know that you are banned from the server. We will not tell you in person or write a letter to you. Your previous records are also not clean. Its your duty to keep in touch with forum and get info about yourself. Mason edited krloz reply at the same day your report was accepted. There might be some bug that his ban didn't worked and you are unbanned. So now anyone can ban you again and the argument is over. Max did what was right for the server and he didn't do anything unfair.

Everything is clear in my above reply so ban him and deny this report.

You're directly protecting and defending your clan-mate. Was that my fault if Mason's /ban didn't work, plus I've shown that my ban was expire and after that your clan mate claimed that I'm ban evader. Where the F*ck it's showing that I ban-evaded?
Sir, the rank on which you're you must think two sided instead of one and stop defending a rule-breaker admin as he/she is in your clan.

Let me clear everything here, first of all Duke was supposed to be banned permanently by Mason, but due to the /ban bug which we’ve just witnessed he wasn’t banned. Since ban couldn’t be issued due to the bug, Duke hasn’t ban evaded and shouldn’t have received any punishment from Wild or Max. Is it their fault? No, because they thought you’re banned as you were supposed to have been so they made the right decision in their point of view. It’s not Duke’s fault either because it’s not his fault that the ban wasn’t issued and he wasn’t aware of his ban. Therefore, none is to be blamed in this, but Duke is still supposed to receive the ban that Mason initially attempted to issue but failed to due to the bug.

Duke, now if you think that Mason’s ban was an unfair ban then you can make an unban appeal or admin report regarding him, but in this case Max and Wild aren’t to blame as they made the right decision in their perspective. Now you are informed that you are supposed to be banned, so please do not join the server to avoid ban evading. Also I request you to please control your language because you know these hateful and abusive words will worsen your case.

Fortunately, from this report we have found out that there is a bug in the /ban command and hopefully Angel will resolve it asap.

Adding on, I just got back home and banned Duke again this time after I did /unban. It seems if anyone gets temp-banned then a simple /ban the only effective ban would be /tempban, unless we do /unban then /ban again. That's it ^^
