Server Patch 4.3.1

Note: This is a suggestion patch and a bug fixing patch. The only other thing is basically the two first lines. More patches coming out in the future of course.

Patch 4.3

General

New things:
- Added a one time variable which allows me to make one time events.
- Added a onetime event involving the secret of VKs that will change VKs temporarily until its finished (in a fun way)
- /myupgrades for displaying your upgrades have been added (only for objects, skins and vehicles). The message to use the command also appears in messages where it says you have already unlocked a certain upgrade.
- /afklist for displaying people who are AFK, added.
- the CJ skin has been updated.


Improvements:
- Increased the max limit of bod to 10. (was 7 before).
- /wep now enabled in /bod.
- Everyone now gets the same team in bod.
- A dummy not attacking anyone should now auto attack the first person that shoot them.
- /enterminigame added for taxi and stunts as an alternative to pressing L.
- You can no longer join minigames while inside properties. This is due to the fact that players use it for evading. From now on you just have to exit your property and then join it.
- You can now exit your taxi again when doing the taxi minigame.
- Removed bets from /duel since they were being abused.
- Improved hack ID 0, 4 and 7, so that hopefully less innocent players are kicked.
- Players can no longer use /getpropcar or /getcar to evade while being shotdown by a shotgun.
- /me and /shout messages can now not be viewed if its by a person you ignored.
- Increased line blaster attack time by 2 seconds.
- Fixed some grammar issued in /bod.
- You can no longer enter job spheres (that brings up the joining menu) and stuff while in a vehicle.
- HP decreased in gungame for melee and /fight 3, so its more fun to DM there. I doubt anyone is doing it, but I improved it anyways so Marcus can have events there.
- red/gray regina in sunshine auto job changed to red/pink & gray.

Bug fixes:
- The garbage weapon is now fixed (it shots like a SMG) and shouldn't kick you anymore when you cahnge to it.
- The script for making fires with line blasters should now not lock down and just spawn infinite series of fire. This is an attempt fix.
- Fixed a bug involving /getpropcar that created an error in the script when the players tried to get a really large ID (that didn't exist) from another property.
- Fixed another bug involving getpropcar that displayed that properties that had no vehicles had -1 vehicles.
- Fixed the 5 headshot in a row reward from unlocking everytime.
- Attempted to fix a bug with the pickup upgrades, but didn't find anything wrong with it.
- /teamchat should no longer displayed messages from people you ignore.
- Fixed a few things with the upcomign discord integration to improve performance.
