Who should be promoted VOTE Honestly guys?

1) Who is giving his 100% with Loyalty + Activity + Attitude , from 1Year and at the end asks for Promotion and get's suspended saying you have a bad attitude.

2) Who is Everytime PMed to visit forums and check the important updates , Everytime begged to visit server , but he refuses that , he is busy with studies.

You can give your suggestion , if you think i said something wrong!

Once again you can't freaking understand anything. It is correct you do give 100 % loyalty, activity and attitude BEFORE you ask the question: Can I get a promotion.

After you've asked that question, I usually have to say no because a position in level 8 is not available at the time you asked. When I say that you usually start shitting on both me, the server and the staff, saying that the "Server sucks" and "I am leaving the staff forever". Even though I have told you multiple times that the position in level 8 is soon open. This makes me question whether or not you're ready for the job, which is why you don't have the level 8 position today.

Would you promote someone that talks shit every time he doesn't get what he wants? He may think that he deserves it, but if he can't argue for it without making any insults or respect a decision he can't change, then what do you expect me as a boss to do?

Let's also say this since I have feeling you're going to repeat the same thing again. I said: You won't get promoted right now, because the 2015 event is going on and the winner of that events gets promoted to head admin if he is lower than level 8. Since you were in the lead I told you very clearly that it's unnecessary to promote you now because If you would have won the event the promotion reward that worked so hard to make it happen would be wasted. I ALSO TOLD YOU THAT IF YOU DO NOT WIN THE EVENT YOU WILL GET PROMOTED TO HEAD ADMIN A LITTLE WHILE AFTER THE 2015 EVENT HAS ENDED!

So Sufy do you finally get me? Can we finally have a friendly discussion without any outbursts?

Please don't say the same thing you have said now in 5 posts already... actually read this and try to understand me.

You demoted me for what i did , oHk! , you suspended me , I changed my nick , And now i won't be participating in the event+ I don't want promotions NOW! , And won't be coming to your staff at any cause! Thank You Very Much Boss!

I made this topic for fun , and everybody is allowed or am not allowed to even make a fun topic? , If i am , then don't start this shit again here!

You must have a lot of courage to fight over anything that isn't like you just because you don't want to understand that in a world of 7 billion souls, most of them have different views on things.

Since I actually listen to the things Sufy says I know for a fact that he thinks that I am the person who does not understand anything. Unfortunately Sufy's arguments does not convince me. But that doesn't mean that he isn't right, he may just have a problem expressing himself in english. With respect to Sufy, I am going to ask who you are referring to in this post. If it is actually me you're referring to then it would be good if we could take this discussion further and actually get somewhere in this matter.

No need to apologize Sufy, just watch out getting into a discussion you can't handle. It negatively affects you. I am open to everyone who wants to defend/discuss that you don't deserve a suspension. But from what I've seen so far most of the admins wants to keep you suspended and then let you back in the staff, because they actually believe that you can change. I don't believe that myself anymore, but if my staff believes that then I will do it.
