This is because
The application is not good enough, didn't write English in language question
Ingame name is Hari, not real name although you can put Hari for real name, but you must mention that Hari is in game name also because I saw you today with Hari name in the server.
You have only played 10 days in the server and have 1 post in the forum, and apparently haven't read the applying harder rules.
And not good reasons given for questions.
Although my vote can change if I see improvement.

How can you say with absolute certainty that "Moths" is a spelling error. For all you know he could actually measure time in the amount of moths that flies by his window every minute.... with that said, "Moth Guy" gets a no from me for obvious reasons.

Thats not an absolute measure. In fact it has less than 10% accuracy afaik. And noone is making an application with 5 moths of time. I'm pretty sure that a number (5) with a unit (Moths) meets the requirement in order to be defined as an absolute measurement, but feel free to correct me on that one! I also think you can be more precise with the accuracy. It's "crystal" (do you get the inside joke?) clear that the accuracy, of measuring time in terms of moths, is 0 %.

13 no votes, I think it's pretty clear that I have to deny this application.
Thanks for applying. My advise if you plan on applying again in the future:
1. Continue to stay active on the server and the forum by visiting them once a week at least.
2. Get to know the admins a little more.
3. Wait a couple of weeks to a couple of months before applying again.
