he simply joined and quit, IDK if joining server for few seconds while bieng banned is allowed or not, and am not reporting him because am not sure if he is unbanned or not, maybe 4k unbanned him secretly.

i just joined and /q before server kick me lol, i was joining into my server and why would i use my own nick if i was about to ban evade ?

He didn't logged into the server. That's mean he didn't let the server kick him. If he would had try to join it then the logged in message would also come.

It takes 10 seconds for him to get kicked. No information of a ban evade can be determined from this proof.
