If you're talking about laggers, [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] should be first. 47k ping lag with 180 ping.

I think you shall use broadband/router. Well, it will help u to get better ping and mostly it's saves money. Using PTCL sux your net sometimes lag and its need a lot of money to play games and download things. And you know everything about broadband so nothing to tell else.
