Announcing... The 0.4 server!

I am using a 0.4 vks server to test my script given to angel. This is a very official server. If you want to join, dl vcmp0.4 and join the server named VKs official server [ic0.4].
Features:
Vehicle system ( /buycar, /sellcar, /getcar ) - When you buy a vehicle it becomes second-hand and loses $2000 of its price. When price is <$3000, then you cant sell it
Admin system( /admins, /admincmds ) - Admins will help keep cheaters rulebreakers away
Registration system( /register, /login ) - No encryption, beware!
Commands - You can use /[cmd] as /c [cmd] in 0.3zr2
Commands: Write /commands
Mute system: You will automatically muted if you spam and this muter is very smart
if you do IamAfuckinSpammer and then IamAStupidSpammer and then IamAfuckinSpammer again, it will muted you for 30 seconds.
note: /heal fixes your vehicle too (if you are in one)

Guyz , VCMP 0.4 not compatible with windows xp ?? , am not able to install it's software , it gives error every time i try on windows xp :/
