He was not advertising this to anybody else than his friend Maviz. Umar is experienced so, he must have used pm to tell his friend it was his mistake but since, he was just asking his friend to come to his server, its not a rule break i guess.

Lol are you serious? No one even knows the name of my server. Do you know the name and no one can come as it is locked. And I just told maviz and I didnot even wrote name of my server. How is it advertising? Maviz knows pass so he came as he needed to talk something important.

What I've just saw I reported. Nothing else to say.
Advertising is to tell somebody who doesn't know and request him to come. Maviz is an important guy in my server. Ask him.
Edit: the definition of advertisement is

I did announce any thing related to my server. Once I have been slapped by admin for telling my server name as advertising so I never told my server name again. I think that he was signal who did it

This won't count as advertising although he didn't the server name nor the IP/port. He was just inviting Maviz to his server which the rule doesn't state that unfortunately. Try again later.
