F1 Hacks? OMG, you make me giggle evily. Based on the video, I can conclude that their may be possibilities why he didn't get knocked down. Had you checked his ping? Second slow-mo doesn't prove nothing. How about we wait for @Valdis 's response to clear things up.

2nd proof is not valid cuz he shot u before u shot him, he shot u and jumped so it was not f1 hack. About first one for that u need to provide ping of that time then we can actually say it was f1 hack. Otherwise, report denied. Good luck.

I have see Valdis so many time in server so i know his ping is 80 - 105 no higher more - Too smooth and can't be unhitable. And even 300 ping like me still get hit ( atleast get lost health ).
This is my opinion after checking carefully video:
1st shoot time: Obviously it's F1 so I don't have any problem about it.
2nd shoot time: check carefully from 0.30 >>> 0.32: FrosT have shooting his bullet while [FS]Valdis jump, and Valdis not lost any health ?! 100 time i meet this situation ( as Frost ) and 100% opponent get falling or get lost 50% health - If this is wrong, take my head Very Happy

He is Lahham's brother and plays from his PC. I've dueled with Lahham many times and he has lots of packet loss even though his ping and FPS both are fine. Especially when he crouches for double shoot or false shoot then he isn't hittable because of the packet loss. And before you accuse Lahham of the same f1 hack, he has dueled with many experienced players and they also see that he's hard to hit while crouched and no one ever reported or called him an f1 hacker.

Report can be denied.
